With the rapid development of biotechnology and molecular medicine, introducing mRNA into the human body as a vaccine or therapeutic agent can produce almost all functional proteins. This represents the emergence of a precision medicine field with broad prospects in preventing and treating many refractory diseases. However, due to the inherent instability of mRNA, its delivery remains a significant challenge in current mRNA-based therapies.

Services we provide

       In vitro platform:
　　(1) Ramp experiments is performed to explore the optimal mixing ratio of the delivery platform and mRNA;
　　(2) Various types of cells are used to evaluate the delivery efficiency of the delivery platform in different cell types;
　　(3) Preliminary assessment of the toxicity of the delivery platform to cells.

　　In vivo platform:
　　(1) We provide experimental methods for various routes of administration: (including but not limited to): oral administration, intravenous injection, inhalation administration, intranasal administration, tracheal administration, muscular injection, subcutaneous administration, ocular drops, vaginal, duodenal, intrathecal/intracerebral/epidural, abdominal cavity, etc, evaluating the delivery level of mRNA in vivo under different administration methods.
